GENERAL TERMS
These terms and conditions define the procedure for booking accommodation, payment methods and the procedure in case of cancellation of a reservation offered on our website. The organizer of the accommodation (Host) offered on the website is Villa D, and the User of the accommodation (Guest) is a visitor to the website who selects at least one appointment (Reservation), fills out the electronic reservation form and sends it to the Host.

RESERVATION OF ACCOMMODATION
The reservation is started with an electronic form. The guest must fill out an inquiry with details of the rental, and after receiving feedback from the Host, pay for the desired reservation according to the offered payment terms, and will be notified by e-mail about the reservation and payment.

PAYMENT
Payment can be made in the following ways:
Internet banking
For this payment method, you will receive a booking confirmation with all the information required for payment to your email address. You can then make the payment using internet banking or the way you normally pay your bills, to the account stated in booking confirmation.
Upon receipt of the payment, we will send a confirmation of your reservation.

CANCELLATION OF RESERVATION
The guest has the option of canceling the reservation without giving any reason at any time until the start date of the reserved accommodation. In doing so, the Host calculates the cost of cancellation according to the following form:
In case of cancellation of the reservation 30 or more days before the start date of the accommodation, the Host returns to the Guest the advance payment paid at the time of reservation, i.e. 30% of the total price of the accommodation.
In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 30 days before the start date of the accommodation, the Host keeps the advance payment made at the time of reservation, i.e. 30% of the total price of the accommodation.

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Villa D assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information or any errors on this website.
