GENERAL TERMS
These terms and conditions define the booking procedure, payment method and cancellation policy offered on our website. The organizer of the accommodation (Host) offered on the website is Villa D, and the Accommodation user (Guest) is a visitor to the website who chooses at least one appointment (Reservation), fills in an electronic reservation form and sends it to the Host.

 

THE ACCOMMODATION RESERVATION
Reservation is to be ordered by electronic form. The guest has to fill in the Profile with basic payment information, choose the desired date of accommodation and make the payment of the desired reservation according to the offered payment terms, and will be notified by e-mail about the reservation and payment made.

 

PAYMENT
Payment can be made in the following ways:

Credit card payments
MasterCard®, Maestro®, Visa.

Internet banking
When choosing this form of payment, you will receive a confirmation of your order with all the information required for payment. You can then make the payment using online banking or the way you normally pay your bills, at IBAN HR4723600003237597818.

Upon receipt, we will send you a confirmation of your reservation.

 

ONLINE PAYMENT SECURITY
When making a payment on our web store, use CorvusPay, an advanced system for secure online payment card payment.

 CORVUS

CorvusPay ensures the complete secrecy of your card details from the moment you enter them in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment information is forwarded encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes in contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, data is inaccessible even to CorvusPay employees. The isolated kernel independently transmits and manages sensitive data, while keeping them completely secure.

The form for entering payment information is secured with the SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is further protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. Your sensitive information is completely secure and its privacy is guaranteed by state-of-the-art security mechanisms. Only the information necessary to perform the job is collected in accordance with the exacting on-line payment procedures.

Security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the current reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, maintaining rigorous access controls, regular security monitoring and due diligence to prevent network vulnerabilities, and implementing information security provisions on a regular basis, maintain and enhance the system's security level by protecting your card information.

 

CANCELLATION POLICY
The guest has the option of canceling the reservation without giving any reason at any time until the start of the booked accommodation. The Host shall calculate the cost of cancellation according to the following form:

With payment option: 40% advance / 60% upon arrival
In case of cancellation 60 days or more before the start date, the Host will retain half of the advance of 40%, which means 20% of the total price of the accommodation, and return the other half (20%) to the Guest.

In the case of cancellation 60 days to 1 day before the date of commencement of accommodation, the host retains a complete advance of 40%.

With payment option: 90% advance / 10% discount
In case of cancellation 60 days or more before the start date of accommodation, the host retains half of the advance of 90%, which means 45% of the total price of the accommodation, and returns the other half (45%) to the Guest.

In case of cancellation 60 to 1 days before the start date of the accommodation, the Host will retain a full advance payment of 90%.


DAMAGE DEPOSIT POLICY

A damage deposit in amount of 500€ is required upon arrival at Villa D. The amount is collected as a cash payment. This refundable deposit will be refunded to our guests in cash on the day of check-out, after an inspection of the property by the host that confirms there has been no damage during the stay.
The host reserves the right to charge a higher amount if the damage exceeds the above mentioned amount.

 

LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Villa D assumes no responsibility for the accuracy of the information or any errors on this site.
Our goal is to keep this information timely and accurate and therefore the content on this site is constantly updated and subject to change.
We are also not responsible for any damage or loss caused directly or indirectly through the use of this website.
The Guest agrees that no employee of Villa D, as well as any other person or company involved in the creation of these sites, shall be liable for any damage or loss to other persons or companies resulting from the use of this website.
